# Cannot Find Any Rigs

## Why is this happening to me?

There are many reasons why Rigmon Manager may not be able to find rigs from your network but every problem can be fixed and you will see your rigs soon. Let's find out what's going wrong and make it right.

## Where should I start?

We have provided support to many people and have found the most common problems below.

1. **40%** of users did not complete the mining setup correctly. Please check your mining program option again.
2. **30%** of users turned on their OS's firewall. Your firewall must be disabled or have an exception rule for Rigmon Manager.
3. **15%** of users set their Windows' network connection as a public network. It should be changed to a private network connection.
4. **5%** of users did not setup their mining network correctly.
