If you just installed Windows, the default setting for Windows Firewall is ON. It blocks the connection from Rigmon Manager.

It is also possible that due to a Windows update or some other reason, it may have been reset. Check the firewall setting one more time.

We recommend making a private network with your own router. If you are using a public IP, disabling your firewall might not be good idea.

How To Disable Your Firewall From Windows

1. Press the Windows key, search 'firewall', and open Windows Defender Firewall.

2. Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.

3. Turn off firewall.

Be sure that you are using a private router and you can trust your router. If you are using a public IP or insecure network, manually open port for miner API access only.

Don't forget to check that you are using a connection

Private Network
Firewall is enabled and it is connected to a Public Network. Rigmon cannot get mining data from this PC.
